* Award Web Services, LLC (“Award”) advertises a 99.9% uptime, however cannot be held liable for damages incurred from downtime, regardless of duration. Award will use credit card information provided by customer to pay for hosting and domain renewals as customer indicates. Hosting services include hosting the website and any email accounts associated with the domain name. Customer understands that the customer is responsible for providing credit card information to Award that can be used to charge for these services and to renew that information so that Award has valid credit card information to use each time for these charges. Award accepts no responsibility for damages that may be caused by payments not being made because Award did not having valid credit card information, such as undelivered emails or a web site being taken down for non-payment.
